Title: Missouri WIYN Survey with ODI and WHIRC

Abstract: (1) Our ODI program aims to use the upgraded ODI to carry out optical observations in the public very-wide {it Herschel}, survey fields that are still lacking deep optical data. The main science goal is to integrate optical, near-to-mid-IR and FIR/sub-mm data and to construct reliable UV-to-FIR SEDs for future studies. In particular, we will be able to study the relation between the ULIRG phase and the underlying stellar populations, and the contribution of ULIRG to the global star formation rate density at $z>1$. In 2019A, we request 3.5 dark nights from April to May. (2) The WHIRC component will target a number of exotic ``dropouts'' discovered in the WISE data and obtain medium-deep near-IR images to constrain their SEDs. We request 3.5 bright nights in 2019A, with little constraints on the dates because our targets spread over a large range in RA.
