Title: The WIYN Indiana Northern Globular Cluster Survey: Completing High Resolution Spectroscopy of M12

Abstract: Globular clusters in the Milky Way are not simple stellar populations, but rather contain the products of multiple epochs of star formation. The discovery of multiple stellar populations in globular clusters, as revealed by both photometric and spectroscopic studies, has raised fundamental questions concerning all aspects of their formation and dynamical evolution. Accurately measuring the properties of Milky Way globular clusters is necessary to address these questions. We plan to increase the sample of stars observed as part of a comprehensive spectroscopic survey of several Milky Way globular clusters to thoroughly quantify the properties of these clusters and their stellar populations. We will use high resolution spectroscopic observations of the same stars we have observed with low resolution spectroscopy in previous years to make precise velocity measurements, which will provide information about the kinematics of the populations in each cluster and the rotation of the cluster itself.
