Title: GMOS spectroscopic follow-ups for three 1.0<z<1.15 galaxy clusters selected with Dark Energy Survey Data

Abstract: This proposal requests GMOS spectroscopic follow-ups of three galaxy clusters with z > 1.0, a sub-sample of 1.0 < z < 1.5 clusters selected from the combination of deep Dark Energy Survey (DES) supernovae data and Spitzer infrared archival data. The observations will be combined with existing Keck observations understand high redshift cluster selection from DES data and also constrain cluster mass scaling relations with velocity dispersions.

Program Type: Standard/Extragalactic
