Title: Characterizing transiting exoplanet host stars with interferometry

Abstract: After the discovery of thousands of exoplanets, the new challenge of the 21$^$ century has become their characterization. To derive the exoplanets bulk density and internal composition, we need to know their mass and radius. The latter can only be obtained if the stellar radius is known, since the transit method only provides the ratio of the planetary to the stellar radius. We want to continue our program of transiting exoplanet host stars observations (started in 2014) that aims at measuring their angular diameters. Two new transiting exoplanets were discovered in 2014-2015, which parent stars are accessible with VEGA/CHARA: HD219134 and HD75784. In addition, HD97658 is now observable with CHARA thanks to the opening time in February, so we also want to observe it. Combined with the distances, these interferometric measurements will provide model-independent stellar radii. We will use all available direct measurements as priors to derive the stellar masses and ages in a bayesian approach. This will allow to derive a precise bulk density of the transiting exoplanets from the stellar parameters, and their internal structure.
