Title: The Inner Oort Cloud Population

Abstract: We are performing the largest and deepest solar system survey with DECam to find more inner Oort Cloud objects. Our main proposal was sent through the NOAO system. Here we request ToO time with Gemini to recover faint interesting objects discovered with DECam in 2016A. This Gemini time will only be used for the faintest of objects and if our normal recovery time on Magellan is hampered because of weather. The DECam time is not dependent on this Gemini request. The Gemini request is only a backup incase Magellan is unable to make a timely recovery of all interesting discoveries. Also, though this request if for GMOS on Gemini South, we would be happy with GMOS time on Gemini North if needed.
