You are also tasked to design, fabricate, and deliver a mechanism test set to the project in time to be used in checkout of the first mechanism tested in the Big Test Dewar (BTD). You are to coordinate the requirements of this test set with Jay Elias, the GNIRS systems engineer/project scientist. The budget hours for this task are not included in the above list. The Work Package Manger for the Mechanism Test Set is Jay Elias, as it is currently under Systems Engineering.
