OGLE GMOS

Team: Agnes Acker, Quentin Parker, Tony Moffat
Aim: Obtain RV curves for as many of the new OGLE-III binary CSPN towards the Bulge as possible. Also confirm the nature of less certain and very faint objects for which RV curves are not practical.
Telescope/Instrument: Gemini South/GMOS with B1200 grating.
Technique: Spectroscopy + some nice narrow-band imaging (acquisition).
Submitted proposal:
- 2008B GRANTED Gemini South GMOS 8.5 hours Band 3
- 2009A GRANTED Gemini South GMOS 20.5 hours Band 2!
- September 2008 for VLT FORS P83. APPROVED! 3 nights visitor mode with FORS2.
