I thought we could start this .... For now each project special page as a comment section at the end, where I hope some discussion can go on. However it would be best to have an actual forum supported by software that allows one to do posts. I *think* this is such location...

This approach to a forum could work, but it's awkward. I think there are add-on tools to mediawiki that are real forums with threads, time stamps, etc - George
