The Planetary Nebula Binary Working Group Wiki: Cool Central Stars

Aim: Detecting the hot central stars in PNe known to contain only cool companions (usually of an evolved nature).

Telescope/Instrument: HST + COS

Technique: Far UV spectroscopy (G140L)

Target list(s): Me1-1, SaSt1-1, Hu1-1, WeBo1, He2-36, A79, K1-22, VBRC1

Comments (please enter here any comments - advice) and sign them! These targets all have cool central stars. Only two of them have luminosity class V, two are not well known and the rest are evolved. There is a small chance that some of these objects would be symbiotics, although several markers point to PNe.
