Aim: To determine how common envelope ejection takes place.

Technique: 3D hydrodynamic simulations (AMR) with Enzo.

Results Summary: It has taken a very long time to stabilize Enzo to carry out exact stellar calculations (Enzo started off as a cosmological simulation code).

Paid for by grant:This project has been funded by the NSF (PI De Marco). J-C Passy is completing his project under the direction of De Marco and Herwig.
