Solar rotation after subtraction of a temporal mean, covering the
period May 1995 to August 2001, from combined MDI and GONG data.
The color table in the outer portion has red for fast, yellow for
neutral, green for slow,
while the inner one uses red for fast, white for neutral and blue for
slow. Both tables saturate at +/- 2 nHz.
The curve shows the base of the convection zone at 0.71 RSun.
