Title: Outer Disk Material in the Inner Solar System: a Debiased Survey of Small Hilda Asteroid Compositions
Abstract: Numerous dynamical models have been published in the last decade which propose a migration of the gas giant planets in the solar system. Such migrational models have also shown that delivery of small bodies from distinct outer solar system reservoirs is possible into the inner solar system regions such as the Trojan and Hilda asteroid populations. Albedo results from the \textitSpitzer Space Telescope show links between the Trojan and Hilda populations for diameters < 10 km suggesting a commonality in origin, as do some Sloan Digital Sky Survey results, however inadequate spectrophotometric data is available of the Hilda asteroids for comparison to the Trojans. We propose a program to obtain spectrophotometric data of the Hilda population between 6 and 10 km selected from the WISE detected Hilda list, to debias optical survey data which will compare the Hildas to the Trojan and Kuiper Belt populations.
