Title: Young and Highly Obscured Radio Feedback Candidates in the WISE Survey

Abstract: This is a follow-up to 2011B-0392 to extend the RA coverage of our sample. Powerful radio jets may play an important role in quenching star formation in massive galaxies at z>1, and the formation of the red sequence, yet objects in the throws of radio feedback are rare because the phase is expected to be short lived. We have correlated the NVSS and FIRST radio surveys with the new WISE all-sky mid-infrared survey to search for z>1 core-dominated radio galaxies and quasars which are good candidates for being highly dust-shrouded and mid-IR luminous young AGN with powerful kpc-scale jets. We have been awarded high priority Cycle0 ALMA time to observe 49 of our best sources at 345GHz. We have already been awarded 4 SOAR nights in February to make spectroscopic observations of 40 sources between 3 - 8 hours to determine redshifts and excitations. Here we request 3 additional nights to observe the 26 ALMA targets which lie in the 13-21 hour range.
