Exoplanet Exploration
This brand new 2-day workshop covers one of the hottest topics in professional astronomy today! We encourage you to join us as we measure the light from a nearby star in order to detect an extra-solar planet! Instruction in CCD imaging, data collection and reduction techniques will be featured. Our instructor has worked with research scientists from NASA to collect the exact same type of scientific data that you will be seeking during this workshop.
