Click on image for larger version.

Besides looking like a TIE fighter (Starwars), its peculiar appearence is overshadowed by its peculiar color. The unusual color is evident in the entire field. What is going on here? NGC 6369 is located in a direction that has many clouds of dust. The dust reddens the light of the stars and probably much of the light from NGC 6369.
