This is an animation of Milky Way rising over Kitt Peak. Jeff took 30 second exposures every 5 minutes. Depending on the speed of your connection, you may need to wait for this 4 megabyte file to load. Be certain to look at this image under low-light levels so that the faintest details are visible on your monitor.
