KOSMOS and COSMOS will be a nearly-identical modified versions of the OSMOS spectrograph nearing completion for use on the MDM Hiltner 2.4-m telescope, adapted for use on the 4-m telescopes at KPNO and CTIO. The design modifications, fabrication, assembly and test are a joint effort between Ohio State and NOAO. It is planned to deliver KOSMOS during the second half of 2011, and COSMOS during the first half of 2012.
