NOAO Observing Proposal Form


Welcome to the National Optical Astronomy Observatory's observing proposal Web form. This form can be used to apply for time at Kitt Peak National Observatory (including WIYN) and Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory (including SOAR and SMARTS) as well as community-access time with AAT.


This form is now configured only for the preparation of NASA Exoplanet GO Proposals using the WIYN 3.5-m telescope. For all other types of proposals using NOAO resources, please return to this site in early March. All Gemini requests must be prepared and submitted with their Phase-I Tool (PIT), which should be released on or before March 1.
