Welcome to the National Optical Astronomy Observatory's observing proposal Web form. This form can be used to apply for time at all NOAO coordinated facilities: Gemini North and South (and exchange time with Subaru), Kitt Peak National Observatory and Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory as well as community-access time with Keck, AAT, and CHARA.

This form is now configured for the preparation of proposals for all resources offered by NOAO in 2014A, including Gemini proposals. However, Gemini has released a new version of their Phase-I Tool (PIT), which is the preferred option for Gemini proposals. Please consider using PIT if you are submitting a regular proposal for Gemini time only. |
