NOAO Observing Proposal Form


Welcome to the National Optical Astronomy Observatory's observing proposal Web form. This form can be used to apply for time at all NOAO nighttime facilities: Gemini North and South, Kitt Peak National Observatory and Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory as well as community-access time with Keck, Magellan, and MMT.
