Welcome to the National Optical Astronomy Observatory's observing proposal Web form. This form can be used to apply for time at all NOAO coordinated facilities: Gemini North and South, Kitt Peak National Observatory and Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory as well as exchange time with Subaru and AAT and community-access time with Keck.

This form is now configured for the preparation of proposals for all resources offered by NOAO in 2013B, including Gemini proposals. However, Gemini has released a new version of their Phase-I Tool (PIT), which is now the preferred option for Gemini proposals. Please consider using PIT if you are submitting a regular proposal for Gemini time only. |
