I work for the National Solar Observatory in Tucson, Arizona, as the Technical Writer for the SOLIS project. This entails collecting and filing all the project documentation, writing manuals, procedures, and other documentation, and keeping the SOLIS web pages. I'm also involved in updating the SOLIS engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

I'm married to Claude Plymate, site manager for the McMath-Pierce Solar Telescope on Kitt Peak.
