Plate I

An enlargement from a two-color plate of number 17 is shown in (a). The scale is ~6.6 arc seconds/mm. The very large UV excess is easily noted; the UV image is to the right (west), north is up. On the PSS blue print in (b) no trace of the object is found. Only a very faint image near the plate limit can be seen on the PSS red print [(c)].
