We have restructured the NOAO Web home page to reflect the formation of the new SCience OPErations Division and its goal of presenting information about facilities available through NOAO in a simple, uniform way. The most noticeable change will be a new heading called "Observing Opportunities." Investigators wishing to apply for observing time at any NOAO observatory may go directly to the links in this section to obtain information about how to apply for observing time, what telescopes and instruments are currently available, the current telescope schedules, and hints for preparing for an observing run.
The new home page also highlights information about NOAO's public and educational outrearch programs, current special science programs in progress at NOAO, and the NOAO instrument program. It also includes a link to help visitors to NOAO-Tucson to acquaint themselves with the Tucson area; there is a similar link on the CTIO page for visitors to Chile. We plan to add a "Search" button to the home page in the near-future to provide faster access to information on all the NOAO-wide Web pages.
