Phoenix Progress (1Sep95)

     Outer dewar shell for Phoenix, recently received from CRE
     located in the city of Phoenix.  The scale of this
     instrument is indicated by the Phoenix project mechanical
     designer Randy Cuberly (left) and project engineer Tim Ellis
     (right). Phoenix, a high-resolution infrared spectrograph,
     continues to progress rapidly toward first light next
     winter.
