Starting with the 1999A observing proposals (February-July 1999), abstracts
of approved proposals are now being posted on the Web. The links to the
abstracts are available on the CTIO
and KPNO telescope schedule Web pages
(available from the NOAO home page), either from the monthly telescope
schedules or from the approved proposal list for each semester. Plans are to
continue these postings for subsequent semesters.
