Thanks to the IRAF Users' Committee (1Mar94)

This year's IRAF Users' Committee report is included below.  I wish to
thank the committee members for their time and energy in preparing the
report, which I believe is accurate and fair.  Several of the
recommendations presented have been implemented already (see
accompanying articles); others (e.g.: documenting algorithms, more
frequent releases) describe more complex issues which will take some
time to sort out.  Should you wish to express your opinions about the
IRAF Project, feel free to contact me or one of the committee members.
