The Mountain Goes X (1Jun93)

The start of the fall observing semester will bring X windows as the standard
window environment on the Sun computers on the mountain. While the windows
will look pretty much as they did in the past, observers should get copies of
the latest revisions of the CCD Data Acquisition Manual, the new IR Observing
Manual, and the new User's Guide to Mountain Computers. Current versions of
these manuals can be obtained by anonymous ftp from "orion.tuc.noao.edu"
(140.252.1.22) in the kpno/manuals/ directory.
