Auto-focus at the 0.9-m (1Dec92)

Recent changes in the FORTH code at the 0.9-m telescope have improved
the auto-focus mechanism. The problem was that often during an
auto-focus sequence the system would "hang." The auto-focus is now much
more reliable.  However, if this problem does occur, it can be quickly
cleared by pressing the TIC-disable and then TIC-enable buttons on the
control panel.
