Conference Dinner
The Conference dinner will be held on Wednesday evening, 18 March 2009, at Pinnacle Peak, a “Wild West” Cowboy Steak House located in a western tourist town area on the northeast side of Tucson. Information can be found at http://www.traildusttown.com/.
Buses will transport us to/from the dinner with pickup and drop-off at the location of the conference. The times will be determined and announced at the meeting but are likely to be an earlier trip (for those wishing to explore Trail Dust Town prior to dinner) and a trip to arrive just in time for dinner.
Dinner choices are salmon fillet, chicken breast, filet mignon, or vegetarian. All entrees include dinner salad, ranch beans, baked potato, Texas bread, and non-alcoholic drink. Alcohol and desserts are extra. Those chosing the vegetarian option will be contacted by the (vegetarian) meeting organizer prior to the date of the conference. The cost of the dinner (and bus transportation) is $40 per person. You must reserve and pay for your dinner ticket(s) (which includes transportation) prior to the meeting registration deadline of 15 Jan 2009. See the registration page to reserve your space.
