Westward Look Resort in Tucson, Arizona has a room block for Stromfest 2008. When calling to reserve the rooms, identify yourself as part of the group “NOAO (National Optical Astronomy Observatory)”.

The group rate is $142 per night single or double occupancy, plus the state sales and bed tax, and a $12.00 resort fee. The current state sales and bed tax is 12.05%. Room block is for April 3 through April 5.

To reserve the rooms, call 1-800-722-2500 and provide the above group affiliation. A credit card number will be required at the time of reservation. International participants can email reservations to reservations@westwardlook.com and then fax the credit card information to 1-520-297-9023.

DO NOT RESERVE ROOMS USING THE WEB FORM AT THE RESORT WEBPAGE.

Reservations must be made by February 28, 2008. After that date or after the reserved room block is filled, rooms will be available on a space and rate-available basis. THEREFORE, EARLY ROOM RESERVATIONS ARE ADVISED. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE.

Resort Fee (not included in the room rate) will cover Wi-Fi in guest rooms, business center, fitness center, valet parking or self parking, in room coffee service, local calls, 1-800 and credit card access.
