KPNO, CTIO, NOAO, NSO Reunion Event

Reunion Dates: November 15-16

Location: Double Tree Hotel, Tucson at Reid Park

Registration Fee: $25

Hotel Reservations:

A block of rooms has been reserved for this event with special rates of $99 per night, single or double occupancy. You can book your reservations online or by calling 520-881-4200. Be sure to mention you are with the Kitt Peak National Observatory Reunion Group for the discounted rate.

Lunch on Sunday:

A lunch at the Doubletree Hotel is being planned to bring retired, former, and current employees together on Sunday, November 15. Please make sure you check the appropriate box on the registration form (links in box at upper left), indicating your attendance and dietary needs.

Kitt Peak Facilities Tour:

A tour of Kitt Peak has been arranged for November 16. Space is limited so please make sure you register for this event by clicking on the Registration link (in box at upper left). If you have any questions about the tour, feel free to email them to reunion@noao.edu.

Kitt Peak Night Observing Programs:

If you would like to experience an evening observation program at Kitt Peak National Observatory, please contact the Kitt Peak Visitor Center directly for more information. Participation in these programs would be on an individual basis and at your own expense. Call early, as these programs are very popular and sell out quickly.
