Meeting Registration Fee

The meeting registration fee will cover the opening reception, continental breakfast, coffee breaks (no food served with the morning break) and lunches on both days, banquet, and closing reception. Registrants who pay registration fees will be issued special banquet tickets based on their choice from the meeting banquet menu (see under Banquet Information for banquet menu selections). All meeting functions will take place at the Westward Look Resort.

For meeting registration and to attend the banquet, please

(a) electronically submit the Registration & Banquet Form (see below) and

(b) pay the amount due using a credit card by cutting and pasting the secure payment URL which will appear in the confirmation message of your registration.

After filling out the information below and then providing the appropriate credit card information, you should receive a confirmation email in a few business days.

Banquet Information

The banquet will be held at the Westward Look Resort on Friday, April 4th. Your spouse or guest may attend the banquet for an additional $75 USD fee and will be issued a banquet ticket. Deadline for banquet reservation and payment is February 28, 2008.

All banquet choices will include a salad, freshly baked rolls and butter, a dessert, and freshly brewed regular, decaffeinated coffee and assorted teas.

Oven roasted salmon with lemon, parmesan and herb risotto and pesto beurre blanc
Grilled breast of chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and prickly pear jalapeno glaze
Chef's choice vegetarian entree
Not attending
