The Setup Flats Command

To set the instrument up for taking dome flats, either type the command

setup flats

This routine only makes sure that the instrument is in a state for flat field observation. The OT will have the responsibility of pointing the telescope at the white spot and for turning on the flat field lamps.

We have been using the bright lamps on their highest setting for all spectrograph configurations.
