Figure 11 shows a sample data frame obtained with Hydra (while at the Mayall) on a cluster of galaxies.

The spectra cover from 5500-9500 Å. Roughly 70 galaxy spectra were detected in this 1.3 hour exposure. H-alpha emission can be seen in several of the spectra. An extracted spectrum (sky subtracted) is shown in Figure 12.
