Observing/Telescope Log Form

Please fill out and submit this KPNO Observing/Telescope Log Form at the end of each night of observing. We must submit statistics on the use of KPNO facilities to NSF each year, and only with your help can we generate these numbers accurately.

Using the current date, your computer identification, and the current observing schedule we have attempted to fill in the first part of this form with what we think is the correct proposal and telescope information. If any of this information is incorrect for your telescope assignment please clear the appropriate fields and fill them in with the correct information (the "Proposal title" is provided as information only to you - it is not necessary to provide this corrected field back to us). If you are uncertain what your "Proposal number" is this information is available on the KPNO Telescope Schedules.
