A planetary nebula produced by a star that was once like our Sun. This image was made from J (1.25 micron), H2 (2.1 micron) and K-band (2.2 micron) images; the K-band image has a FWHM of 0.35 arc seconds. This image was obtained with the Abu thermal infrared camera built by the National Optical Astronomy Observatory, on the Gemini South 8-meter telescope as part of the commissioning and dedication.
