CADIAS (2006 and continuing)
The NOAO ASTRO-Chile effort reached a new level of accomplishments in 2006 with the first full year of centralized budgeting and strategic planning, and the dedication of the Centro de Apoyo a la Didáctica de la AstronomÃa (CADIAS) in Chile, a small ranch house in Altovalsol that now serves as a local community science outreach center and library.
