Central Administrative Services (CAS) is the department within the NOAO organization that provides all required administrative services. Within CAS you will find Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, and Procurement. Within Procurement are NOAO Contracts, Shipping and Receiving, Property, and the Chile Liaison Office.
