S2KB Overscan Region
Since before the 2002B semester, S2KB has had a hot column in the overscan region, at X=2066.
The default BIASSEC=[2049:2080,*] includes this column. You will probably NOT want to use the
default BIASSEC when running CCDPROC, but rather set BIASSEC=[2053:2064,*] or [2069:2080,*], or
a similar region of your choosing. For more on S2KB, see

Telescope Occultation in the Extreme
South-East
The original telescope limits allowed the telescope to slew and track to 4 hours East and West of the
meridian, down to -20 degrees in Declination. While preparing the horizon map to expand these
limits, we realized that the wall of the dome would occult the telescope in extreme South-East
pointings (see the current limits map at http://www.noao.edu/0.9m/observe/horizonmap-Jun08.pdf).
In the unlikely event you were doing all-sky photometry near -3.5h and -15d or so, you may want
to review this map and your coordinates to ensure your photometry was not compromised by
telescope occultation.
